Digital Transformation Consultant Full Time

We are building a fast growing, digital and tech consulting start up – work with top Private Equity (PE) firms & portfolio companies, remote-first model, fast track your development. We are looking for digital transformation consultants to provide advisory to PE and their portfolio companies around complex IT and Digital problems to make them more competitive. Consulting roles have deep exposure with C-level stakeholders / PE partners and focus on value creation, combining complex problem-solving with execution and delivery skills. As part of the large ERP transformation program at this building materials manufacturing client, we are responsible for managing the overall program including Finance as well as Supply Chain workstreams using SAP S4 HANA. We are looking for functional consultants at all levels. Candidates with Big4/MBB Consulting backgrounds will be given a priority in screening.

Must have

• Experience at leading consultancies such as, but not limited to, McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Deloitte, PwC, EY, Accenture, Alix Partners and A&M
• Experience in technology transformations (e.g., IT due diligence and carve-out, technology-led operating model transformations such as ERP)
• Experience with SAP S4 HANA from scoping through to design and implementation
• Extensive ERP implementation experience from functional lense in the supply chain and/or finance domain and good ERP scoping experience (i.e. running discussions between business and IT functions on what’s in scope of the project vs what’s not). We need someone who knows the manufacturing and warehouse/ logistics management components of both the business and technology as well as the planning side of things given these will be the three biggest functions within the supply chain scope.
• The ideal candidate should be a Supply Chain Subject Matter Expert in SAP S4 HANA from a functional perspective to be able to support the associated business processes with a technical lens. SAP ECC 6.0 functional expertise may be considered instead of SAP S4 HANA.
• Demonstrated executive leadership presence and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent presentation and communication skills with high level of clarity
• Based in East Coast, US – preferably New Jersey or New York – and willing to be onsite 60% of each week
